Lockheed Martin UK – Strategic Systems is hiring a Senior Project Planner in Helensburgh to develop planning architecture and manage the end-to-end planning and schedule lifecycle for complex defence engineering programmes. The role covers Integrated Master Plan management, proposal planning, cost and schedule integration, risk mitigation, progress reporting, schedule conflict resolution, and client and management reporting, with a hybrid 4-day working week and 1–2 days per week working from home. Candidates need significant senior project planning experience, Microsoft Project or similar software experience, resource-loaded schedule management, and Earned Value and Critical Path awareness; Earned Value, cost planning, and defence or complex engineering experience are desired.
