Gebr. Van Kessel is hiring a Senior Project Buyer to manage project-related procurement across civil-engineering projects. The role coordinates with project managers, work planners, site supervisors, legal, finance, and safety teams; translates joint procurement policy into practical agreements; optimizes supplier choices and ordering processes; enforces contractual compliance; and contributes to procurement improvements and policy development. The position requires an experienced project buyer with construction or technical-sector experience, contract and supplier management, negotiation, and change-management skills, and offers 32–40 hours per week, a market-rate salary, employment conditions under the CAO Bouw & Infra, vacation and roster days, and a company car.
