HDR is seeking a Senior Project/Program Manager to join their Field Services team. This role focuses on expanding HDR's construction services program in the western United States, particularly in Western Colorado. The manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing construction contracts and projects, developing client relationships, proposing new projects, and ensuring high-quality delivery. They will also participate in identifying and executing program management-type projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, and guiding recruitment efforts for engineering and construction professionals.
