Description

Tiger Analytics is seeking a senior Data & Analytics Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end data and analytics programs, including complex delivery, project governance, risk and issue management, stakeholder coordination, and large-scale data and application migrations. The role requires hands-on technical leadership across Databricks, Python, SQL, and Azure, along with strong data migration, analytics, and cross-functional delivery experience. CPG/Retail and LATAM application experience are preferred, and the position offers significant career development opportunities.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 10–15 years of experience in program or project management, data and analytics, or related technology domains
End-to-end data and analytics project leadership, including planning, execution, delivery, dependency, risk, and stakeholder management
Hands-on Databricks implementation and development experience
Hands-on Python and SQL skills
Azure data and cloud ecosystem experience
Large-scale data migration experience
Experience with LATAM applications and data migration initiatives
Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing large accounts, complex delivery programs, and multiple workstreams
CPG/Retail domain experience
Revenue Growth Management knowledge
Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
