Costain is hiring a Senior / Project Quantity Surveyor for the West Winch Housing Access Road project for Norfolk County Council. The role covers commercial management of work packages across project setup, procurement, delivery, reporting, and final account, with responsibility for running packages, managing commercial aspects across multiple trades, and contributing to project reporting. The infrastructure project includes design and construction of roads, roundabouts, structures, drainage, groundwater and utilities works, active travel improvements, and A47 enhancements.
