Description

Rising Edge Group is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to lead the development, maintenance, analysis, and continuous improvement of construction and EPC project schedules across the full lifecycle, from preconstruction and bid development through execution support. The role requires advanced Primavera P6 expertise, strong construction scheduling knowledge, and the ability to build logic-driven schedules, perform critical path and risk analysis, coordinate with cross-functional project teams, and help mature the organization’s scheduling standards, templates, and processes.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of scheduling, planning, or project controls experience in construction, infrastructure, utilities, industrial, or EPC environments
Experience supporting both preconstruction and execution phase scheduling
Experience building schedules during preconstruction or bid phase
Experience establishing or supporting baseline schedules after project award
Preferred Qualifications: Experience developing scheduling templates, standards, or repeatable processes
Experience with InEight
PMI-SP, PSP, or equivalent certification
Experience supporting projects from bid stage through execution
Experience in EPC or design-build environments
Familiarity with high-voltage electrical infrastructure and related sectors
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Interest in building and improving the scheduling function
