Description
The Service Delivery Manager will lead the transition of NATO Communications and Information Agency projects and capabilities into operational service, manage local Wiesbaden operations, and oversee incident, problem, change, service level, budget, vendor, and multidisciplinary team activities. The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience, including IT service management, project management, operational infrastructure, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management, along with ITIL and project management certifications. It is a full-time on-site position in Wiesbaden, Germany, with possible travel to other NATO sites and requires a valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance.
