Aspect is hiring an experienced Senior Property Manager, known at Encore as an Estate Manager, to manage a distinguished portfolio of high-end residential estates, primarily luxury mansions across London. The role covers milestone and reactive work, budget and purchase-order management, maintenance scheduling and site inspections, and resident relationship management. Candidates need a degree or equivalent education, TPI Part 1 certification, at least five years of relevant block management or surveying experience, and experience managing a high-end prestigious portfolio. The position follows a hybrid model requiring three to four days in London and the remainder of the time working from home.
