The role leads on-site personnel, manages budgets and collections, supports leasing and resident retention, oversees maintenance and marketing, and ensures compliance with applicable laws. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or 7–10 years of related property management experience, experience managing multiple properties and supervising management and maintenance teams, relevant property or real estate licenses, and the ability to travel between properties. Compensation is listed at $80,000–$92,000 plus commissions and benefits.
