Description
The Senior Property Manager oversees the operational, financial, and strategic performance of assigned properties and leads the property management team, including the Community Manager. Responsibilities include budget and financial management, rent collection, occupancy optimization, vendor and contractor oversight, capital improvement projects, regulatory compliance, risk management, and team leadership. The role requires at least five years of progressive property management experience, supervisory experience, strong financial and analytical skills, and knowledge of property management software; Yardi is preferred. The position is based in Kansas City, Missouri, with an annual salary of $55,000 to $65,000.
