Coaction is hiring an Underwriter to develop and manage profitable Commercial E&S Property business, evaluate applications, select pricing, manage assigned books or programs, and build relationships with wholesale distribution partners. The role also involves product and service innovation, program audits, actuarial collaboration, and long-term portfolio growth. Candidates need prior underwriting experience with established books and broker relations; South East Coast wholesale broker relations, a bachelor’s degree, Microsoft Suite and Excel proficiency, CPCU or ARM, and strong communication and leadership skills are preferred or required. The position is based in Georgia or Florida and offers a salary of $116,000-$152,000 plus discretionary incentive bonus and benefits.
