ACET is hiring a Senior Proposal Manager to lead the full lifecycle of federal, state, and commercial proposals, including capture, planning, coordination, compliance, reviews, writing, production, and submission. The role requires managing multiple complex proposals, strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations and defense procurement processes, and experience with Shipley or similar proposal methodologies.
