GHD is hiring a Senior Proposal Manager to lead regional strategic proposals across water, energy, and urbanization opportunities. The role manages proposal strategy, Go/No-Go processes, schedules, multidisciplinary teams, reviews, production, interviews, and lessons learned, while mentoring coordinators and lower-level proposal managers. It requires 7 to 10 years of proposal development experience in engineering, architecture, construction, or professional services, with a bachelor's degree preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, Salesforce, and Power BI.
