SAIC is hiring a Senior Proposal Manager for its Proposal Development Center to manage the full lifecycle of complex Federal Government proposals, including planning, compliance, strategy, writing, quality assurance, team coordination, and risk mitigation. The role requires a U.S. citizen with an active Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility, extensive experience managing winning competitive proposals, and knowledge of AAS/FEDSIM acquisition and proposal development processes. The position offers hybrid work with primary work in the Reston, Virginia offices and requires the candidate to be local to the DMV area.
