Woolpert is hiring a Senior Proposal Manager to lead enterprise-level, high-risk, and high-value proposal pursuits from strategy through submission and debrief. The role advises executive and senior business development leadership, establishes proposal governance and best practices, approves major proposals, mentors staff, and drives portfolio performance and process improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field, five years of proposal development, management, or business development support experience, and expertise in enterprise proposals, capture strategy, and RFP/RFQ/SOQ compliance. The position offers a base pay range of $87,100 to $108,900 USD, health, life, vision, and dental insurance, and does not provide visa sponsorship.
