HCRC is hiring a Senior Proposal Manager to oversee the preparation, development, coordination, and production of federal proposals while supporting opportunity planning and capture. The role leads diverse teams of consultants, subcontractors, and subject matter experts; manages proposal schedules, reviews, compliance, win strategies, and narrative development; and coordinates with technical disciplines and senior stakeholders. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or eight years of experience, at least five years of progressive proposal-management experience, a record of leading major opportunities, federal procurement and FAR knowledge, and the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
