Rocket Lab is hiring a Senior Proposal Manager II based at its Long Beach, California headquarters to support the Space Systems Business Development team, particularly satellite opportunities. The role owns proposal plans, RFP analysis, compliance matrices, writing, coordination with engineering, finance, legal and other teams, quality assurance, production, submission, and process improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least 8 years of proposal management experience, security-clearance eligibility, experience leading proposals exceeding $100 million, technical writing and project management expertise, and cross-functional leadership experience. The position offers a base salary of $116,000–$160,000 USD plus equity and benefits.
