Astro Mechanica is hiring a Senior Propulsion Engineer to own hardware design from concept through production for the Duality™ engine and related jet-engine subsystems. The role covers design trade studies, detailed design, structural, thermal, and fluid analyses, prototyping, tooling, hardware testing, data analysis, and troubleshooting. Candidates need at least seven years of experience with fluidic and mechanical systems, propulsion systems, CAD modeling, manufacturing, GD&T, thermodynamics, turbomachinery, data acquisition, instrumentation, and power electronics.
