Description
AECOM is hiring a Senior Protection & Control Design Engineer to design protection and control systems for high- and extra-high-voltage substations. The role includes preparing SLDs, schematics, wiring diagrams, relay panels, settings, coordination studies, calculations, vendor reviews, commissioning support, and compliance with IEC, IEEE, National Grid, and client standards. The position requires an electrical engineering degree, HV/EHV protection and control design experience, relay manufacturer knowledge, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong coordination and analytical skills; hybrid work is available.
