Description
TechBiz Global is recruiting a Senior Protocol Engineer to join one of its clients' teams. The role leads the design and development of EVM-based systems and blockchain infrastructure, including Proof of Stake and other consensus models, smart contract platforms, tooling, and decentralized scalability improvements. The engineer will also define technical strategy, mentor engineers, and contribute to open-source blockchain projects. The posting requires 10+ years of blockchain, distributed systems, or AI infrastructure experience, 7–8 years of consensus and cryptography expertise, blockchain protocol design experience, software engineering experience, and 10 years leading technical teams in blockchain or crypto companies.
