Homebound is hiring a Senior Purchasing Agent to support new-home residential construction and product development through material sourcing, vendor and subcontractor management, bid administration, budget and procurement-process management, pricing analysis, contract negotiation, and procurement reporting. The role requires at least five years of purchasing or related experience in custom or production homebuilding, along with estimating, construction-document interpretation, MEP, building-code, and cross-functional collaboration experience.
