JTEKT is hiring a hybrid Sustainability and Purchasing Manager in Plymouth, Michigan or Greenville, South Carolina, reporting to the Senior Manager Purchasing. The role leads sustainability reporting, supplier and supply-chain mapping, carbon footprint and other ESG compliance, KPI tracking, purchasing audits, and special customer assignments, while supporting analytical tools and cross-functional projects. It requires at least three years of purchasing experience in the OEM or tiered automotive industry, strong Excel and data-analysis skills, executive presentation ability, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an MBA is preferred.
