JTEKT is hiring a Sustainability and Purchasing Manager to lead environmental and social impact reporting, sustainability compliance, supplier assessment KPIs, supply-chain mapping, purchasing audits, and special assignments for automotive customers. The role supports sustainability analytics, reporting, process improvement, and executive-level presentations, with a hybrid schedule of three onsite days and locations in Plymouth, Michigan or Greenville, South Carolina. It requires at least three years of purchasing experience in the OEM or tiered automotive industry, strong data-analysis skills, and a bachelor's degree; an MBA is preferred.
