Shield AI is hiring a Senior PX Program Manager to lead the delivery, optimization, adoption, and continuous improvement of strategic Talent Acquisition and People Experience initiatives. The role partners with Talent Acquisition, recruiting, hiring, systems, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate hiring strategy into scalable programs and operating models, improve end-to-end recruiting processes, establish governance and decision rights, implement change-management and enablement plans, and use data to drive efficiency and adoption. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 8 years of experience leading complex programs, process improvements, or organizational change in Talent Acquisition, HR, People Operations, or a related environment.
