Coforge is hiring a Senior Python & React Engineer to work remotely in Colombia. The role involves building and maintaining full-stack features across React web applications, React Native mobile applications, and Python/Django backend services; designing REST APIs; collaborating with product and design teams; mentoring engineers; participating in code reviews and on-call rotations; and improving development workflows. Candidates need at least five years of professional software engineering experience and strong proficiency in Python, Django, React, React Native, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and CI/CD, with preferred experience in offline-first mobile applications, Django REST Framework, AWS, feature flagging, AI agents, and construction or workforce-management software.
