Mindrift is hiring a Senior Python Data Scraping Engineer as a part-time, remote freelance contributor for the Tendem project. The role owns end-to-end web data extraction workflows, including scraping dynamic websites and APIs, cleaning and validating datasets, scaling collection with batching or parallelization, handling anti-bot mechanisms, and using cloud, containerization, and LLM automation tools. It requires at least five years of relevant experience, strong Python scraping expertise, and upper-intermediate English proficiency; a technical degree is a plus. The project is estimated at 10–20 hours per week during active phases and pays up to $40 per hour equivalent.
