Mindrift is hiring Senior Python Data Scraping Engineers, referred to internally as AI Pilots, for the freelance Tendem project. The role involves owning end-to-end web data extraction workflows, handling dynamic websites and anti-bot mechanisms, validating and structuring datasets, and scaling scraping operations with Python, cloud infrastructure, containers, and LLM automation tools. It is a remote, part-time freelance opportunity requiring at least five years of relevant experience and English proficiency at B2 or above, with an estimated workload of 10–20 hours per week and compensation up to $25 per hour equivalent.
