Mindrift is hiring Senior Python Data Scraping Engineers, referred to internally as AI Pilots, for the freelance Tendem project. The role involves owning end-to-end web data extraction workflows, handling dynamic and anti-bot-protected websites, cleaning and validating structured datasets, scaling scraping operations, and using Python, cloud infrastructure, Docker, and LLM frameworks. It is a part-time, remote freelance opportunity requiring at least five years of relevant experience and English proficiency at B2 or above, with an estimated 10–20 hours per week and compensation up to $25 per hour equivalent.
