Mindrift is hiring a Senior Python Data Scraping Engineer for the Tendem project to build and maintain end-to-end web scraping, data extraction, and data-processing workflows. The role is freelance and part-time, with an estimated 10–20 hours per week during active phases, and offers up to $25 per hour equivalent. Responsibilities include handling complex and dynamic websites, JavaScript-rendered content, APIs, anti-bot mechanisms, data validation, batching, and parallelization, along with cloud infrastructure and containerization. Candidates need at least five years of relevant experience, strong Python scraping skills, data-quality practices, and English proficiency at B2 or above.
