OSC EdgeTech is hiring a Senior Python Developer (AI/ML) to develop and operate the Optica Security platform, a DISA APL-listed STIG compliance and CORA readiness tool. The role focuses on scalable Python-based scanning, production AI-enabled software, local and cloud model integration, STIG ingestion, workflow automation, model evaluation, and cybersecurity content coverage. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least eight years of professional Python software development experience, the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, U.S. citizenship, and up to 10% travel.
