The Senior Python Developer will join the Platform Team building cloud-based SaaS infrastructure for an oil and energy product. Responsibilities include designing decoupled services, building REST or gRPC services, processing large-scale data, connecting to Snowflake or Databricks, deploying on Google Cloud Platform, maintaining GitHub Actions pipelines, and documenting architecture decisions. The role requires 5+ years of backend engineering experience, production-grade Python, Flask or FastAPI, heavy-data processing tools, GCP deployment, containerization, static analysis, testing, and package-management skills, with LLM orchestration experience preferred.
