MongoDB is hiring a Senior Python Software Engineer for its Database Experience team to design, write, support, and maintain open-source Python libraries and drivers for MongoDB, including PyMongo, Django MongoDB Backend, PyMongoArrow, and LangChain MongoDB. The role involves contributing to driver specifications, investigating customer and open-source issues, collaborating with Product and Server teams, and leading major feature design and specification. Candidates should have substantial Python software experience, knowledge of Python tools and frameworks, and an interest in open-source development; AI/ML experience is a plus. The U.S. base salary range is $126,000 to $248,000 USD.
