The employer is hiring an experienced Python Engineer to develop and deploy AI-driven features, including LLM/NLP data extraction and analysis models, AI agents, and real-time large-scale applications. The role involves client-facing architecture discussions, model evaluation, performance optimization, and collaboration with product and engineering stakeholders. Candidates need at least four years of experience in software engineering, AI, or machine learning, production LLM or NLP experience, RAG or agent-based architecture experience, Python and FastAPI skills, and bilingual Polish-English communication. The position offers 26,000–33,000 PLN net plus VAT monthly on a B2B basis, with 100% remote work and flexible hours.
