Lobster is hiring a Senior Python Software Engineer to expand Pathfinder, a production AI/ML data-integration platform, by developing multi-agent systems, scalable microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven data pipelines. The role requires 5+ years of professional Python software engineering experience, strong production and async Python skills, and familiarity with AI/ML systems; supply-chain or logistics knowledge, Java, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud AI experience are preferred. The position is hybrid or on-site in Tutzing, Germany, or Amsterdam, with remote work options for specialists in Germany or the Netherlands.
