Tubi is hiring a Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead quality assurance for streaming playback, media workflows, and AI/ML features across web, mobile, and connected TV platforms. The role covers test strategy, performance and playback validation, AI model and recommendation testing, automation, CI/CD, regression suites, release sign-off, and post-release monitoring. It is a hybrid position based in Toronto, requiring travel to the office three days per week, and offers a CAD 99,800–142,600 annual salary plus bonus and benefits.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
Required Previous Experiences: 4+ years of QA automation experience, preferably in streaming media or VOD/OTT platforms
Experience validating AI/ML systems in production
Hands-on experience with test automation tools and AI-based visual testing
Experience managing regression suites and release validation cycles across web, mobile, and connected TV platforms
Preferred Qualifications: Experience testing machine learning-driven streaming features
Exposure to model evaluation techniques
Familiarity with continuous testing and CI/CD environments
Understanding of observability tools
Ability to triage issues in large distributed systems
