Caylent is hiring a Senior QA/Test Engineer specializing in Amazon Connect and contact center technology. The role designs and executes test strategies for contact flows, routing, IVR/self-service, AI-driven conversational agents, migrations, and serverless backends; builds manual and automated test suites; validates production cutovers and monitoring; participates in incident triage; and contributes reusable QA assets and mentorship. The position requires at least 8 years of QA/test engineering experience, including 3+ years in contact center, CCaaS, or IVR/voice platforms, along with Amazon Connect, automated testing, AWS serverless, and conversational AI testing experience. It is fully remote, offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, and pays a base salary of USD $95,000–$119,000 per year.
