Colliers is hiring a Senior QA Engineer for its newly established Technology Hub in Madrid. The role is part of a founding team and follows a hybrid remote-and-onsite model, focusing on quality assurance for enterprise software serving commercial real estate. Responsibilities include building reusable automation frameworks, testing React, TypeScript, and .NET applications, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, supporting production reliability, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with global product, engineering, DevOps, data, and architecture teams. The position requires at least 8 years of QA or software testing experience, strong test automation and modern development experience, and fluency in English and Spanish.
