Gresham is hiring a Senior QA Engineer for its Control team to deliver quality for a financial reconciliation and payments platform. The role is hands-on and automation-focused, covering API, integration, contract, and end-to-end UI testing; test framework ownership; performance, load, and scalability testing; CI/CD integration; exploratory testing; test data and environment management; AI-assisted testing; quality metrics; and coaching engineers. The platform is cloud-native and built with Kotlin, Java, Spring Boot, React, TypeScript, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and PostgreSQL.
