Description
Worksoft is hiring a full-time Senior QA Engineer in Hyderabad, India, for a hybrid work arrangement. The role owns end-to-end manual testing, test strategy and execution, release and regression testing, API and performance testing, defect management, test data and environment readiness, QA metrics, and post-release validation. The engineer will also use no-code or low-code automation tools, collaborate with development, product, and business teams, and mentor junior QA engineers. The position requires 8+ years of experience, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, and familiarity with SQL, backend validation, test-case creation, bug tracking, and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
