ELATEC is hiring a Subject Matter Lead (SML) for Embedded Testing and Test Automation to lead quality assurance from test strategy through release assurance. The role develops test concepts and standards, designs test cases, builds Python and pytest automation frameworks, operates hardware-in-the-loop and measurement test environments, executes and analyzes tests, validates safety-critical functions, and supports release decisions and knowledge transfer. Candidates need a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification, or relevant practical experience, plus several years of embedded-systems testing experience. The position offers 30 vacation days, a €300 health budget, a 30% employer pension contribution, and other benefits.
