Description
Sofka is hiring a Senior QA professional to lead and execute manual and automated functional, non-functional, integration, performance, security, and end-to-end testing of enterprise banking solutions, with particular focus on interbank transfer flows. The role includes test strategy and BDD design, defect and quality-risk management, automation across frontend, backend, services, and integrations, CI/CD integration, quality metrics and OKRs, QA team leadership, and production and non-production monitoring. The position is a contractor role available in Medellín, Bogotá, Quito, and Paysandú.
