Description

Cerba Research is hiring a Senior QA Manager, Specialty Lab to provide independent quality oversight for specialty lab operations in the Netherlands, working between Rotterdam and Rijswijk. The role focuses on study-based auditing, reviewing scientific and quality documentation, mentoring QA Managers, supporting regulatory compliance across multiple standards, managing CAPA and deviation follow-up, and leading QA-related projects that improve process rigor and patient/client result integrity.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Experience in QA leadership and mentoring QA Managers
Experience performing and reviewing audits, especially study-based audits
Experience supporting external audits and regulatory inspections
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of regulated quality standards and laboratory compliance frameworks
Experience with deviation management and CAPA effectiveness checks
Familiarity with management review and KPI reporting
Background in specialty laboratory operations
