Zensurance is hiring a remote-first Senior QA Software Developer for its Core Group, reporting to an Engineering Manager. The role focuses on designing scalable test automation frameworks, integrating automated tests into CI/CD, performing E2E, API, security, accessibility, and manual testing, and mentoring engineers on quality practices. The position requires 5–8+ years of test automation and quality assurance experience, along with experience in JavaScript or TypeScript, E2E frameworks, unit and integration testing, API testing, cross-browser testing, and Agile teams. The annual base salary is $115,000 to $145,000, with a discretionary bonus and performance-based incentives.
