Description

Bio-Techne is seeking a Senior QC Technician to lead a Consumables Manufacturing team during the swing shift. The role involves aligning with production supervisors, allocating daily work schedules, performing QC assay runs on consumable cartridges, processing results, ensuring accurate documentation, troubleshooting issues, championing continuous improvement, adhering to SOPs and ISO 9001 standards, promoting cross-training, coordinating material availability, ensuring equipment safety, leading the QC team, supporting inventory management, and upholding company values.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 4+ years’ experience working in a life science quality control environment, and familiar with QC workflow

Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail and quality
Able to work and lead QC team independently with minimal guidance
Working knowledge of ISO and/or regulatory compliance requirements
Working competency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and other analytical software tools
Good written and verbal skills
Knowledge of Lean/Continuous Improvement, or a willingness to learn
