PoloWorks is hiring a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst for its Underwriting Services team. The role reviews underwriting transactions, processes, and data; identifies quality trends, risks, and control weaknesses; produces reporting and metrics; supports root-cause analysis and corrective actions; and provides coaching and technical guidance to colleagues. The position requires insurance-sector experience, quality assurance or audit experience, strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to coach others.
