Description
BAE Systems is hiring an internal Senior Quality Assurance Manager for its Digital Intelligence business. The role leads the internal Quality Audit programme, manages ISO 9001, EN9100, ISO 27001, and ISO 22301 compliance, supports external certification, manages non-conformances and corrective actions, and line-manages a small team of four heads. It also involves quality planning, risk assessment, assurance coverage, quality management reviews, succession planning, and learning-from-experience activities. The position is based at Southern DI sites, requires occasional travel to support external audits, and is open to permanent and fixed-term BAE Systems employees who have completed 12 months in their current role.
