Holder Construction is hiring a full-time, in-person Senior Quality Coordinator for its Columbus, Ohio project. The role manages the project quality control program, coordinates inspections, testing reports, documentation, punch lists, and commissioning activities; reviews construction plans and specifications; tracks equipment and inspection workflows; and coaches junior employees. Candidates need 5–7 years of office or field construction-focused experience, a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or an equivalent combination of training and experience, and proficiency with MS-based construction software.
