Description
The role is responsible for establishing and maintaining product and process quality for the 4NE1 humanoid robot from prototype industrialization through series production. Responsibilities include customer complaint management, product, process, and supplier audits, quality planning documents, quality databases, quality KPIs, deviation analysis, engineering-change approval, EOL testing, supplier development, and preparation for series production and customer acceptance. The position requires a degree in mechanical, mechatronics, or electrical engineering or a comparable field, several years of quality-management experience in automotive, mechanical engineering, or robotics, knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, 8D, SPC, MSA, and VDA/IATF methods, production-ramp-up experience, and strong German and English skills.
