Voyager Technologies is hiring a Senior Quality Engineer to lead product and process quality in an energetics manufacturing environment involving explosives, propellants, pyrotechnics, or related energetic materials. The role owns quality systems, inspection and process controls, root-cause analysis, CAPA, audits, supplier quality, failure investigations, risk assessments, and continuous improvement, while mentoring junior and mid-level engineers and collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, EHS, and Supply Chain. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least seven years of quality engineering experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, and the ability to obtain and maintain applicable State and Federal explosives licenses. The Colorado base salary range is $100,000–$125,000 USD, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, wellness, and other benefits.
