Description
Eaton is seeking a Quality Engineer to manage end-to-end quality for its 3-phase UPS product line, covering new product development, manufacturing quality control, after-service support, customer issue handling, and continuous improvement. The role leads APQP activities, conducts quality audits, supports I4.0 data collection and analysis, and drives cross-functional problem-solving and corrective actions. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or higher, at least seven years of relevant experience, and proficiency with quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and SPC.
